in over 300 football stadiums and arenas across the globe, providing fresh and innovative digital

perimeter advertising solutions to our fast-growing list of blue-chip clients, such as Real Madrid,

San Siro, Paris Saint-Germain, PSV Eindhoven, UEFA, Adidas, Heineken, Sony, Google,

MasterCard, and Audi, to name just a few.

You will be surrounded by a multicultural team of motion designers, graphic designers, video

editors and developers from all over the world with different skill sets that will help you develop

within and outside the company, on a technical, creative, and problem-solving level. We would

love to count on your vision and creativity to tell stories pixel by pixel.

You would be based at our tower-studio in Madrid, just across the road from the legendary

Bernabéu stadium. In the capital of Spain, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the

exciting city life – serving up the best nightlife, concerts, and sporting events around - and in the

relaxing life, with spacious and leafy parks to lose yourself in; after all, it is probably sunny

outside!

As a Pipeline Technical Director (TD), you will be responsible for improving and maintaining our

production pipeline, building tools, scripts, and plugins for internal use, and optimizing our

workflow across software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, and Unreal Engine. You will

work closely with artists, developers, and production teams to ensure seamless asset

management, integration between tools, and smooth project delivery. You’ll also contribute to

our NAS infrastructure and work in an Agile environment to ensure rapid and continuous

improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom tools and scripts for After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift,

Unreal Engine, and Arnold.

  •  Implement automation workflows for tasks such as rendering, asset tracking, and version

control.

  • Optimize the rendering pipeline and integrate real-time tools.
  • Support asset management with NAS, ensuring that data is organized, accessible, and

version-controlled.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues with plugins, renders, and pipeline integration.
  • Collaborate with artists and other departments to ensure workflows are efficient and

scalable.

  • Participate in Agile planning sessions and ensure that projects adhere to Agile

methodologies.

Job requirements


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical role, ideally in motion design, VFX, or animation.
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, ExtendScript.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D, After Effects, Redshift, and Unreal Engine.
  • Familiarity with Agile development workflows.
  • Understanding of rendering workflows and optimization techniques (Redshift, Arnold).
  • Knowledge of asset management systems and version control.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.


Extra:

  • Experience developing plugins using C++ or C#.
  • Familiarity with real-time workflows in Unreal Engine.
  • Knowledge of NAS systems and data management.
