Location: Madrid, Spain
Reports To: Operations & Planning
Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

We are assembling a select, tight-knit group of individuals to join our team, and are looking for an Operations & Planning Intern to support our internal operations across logistics, planning, and project coordination.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Planning Intern to support the planning and execution of high-level operational projects. Working directly with the Operations & Planning Manager, you will assist in key areas such as logistics, documentation, financial tracking, and vendor coordination. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating logistics with suppliers, freelancers, and on-site crews.
Help maintain and update internal planning tools and checklists to track progress across multiple projects.
Support the preparation of documentation such as schedules, site visit reports, letters, and operational plans.
Contribute to financial tracking by helping process budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
Aid in organizing site visits, ensuring technical requirements are clearly communicated and met.
Conduct basic analysis and reporting on planning efficiency and operations performance.
Support travel arrangements and team coordination using travel platforms and internal tools.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless project delivery.
Who are you?
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Sports Management, Business, Communications, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with tools like Trello or other project platforms is a plus.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Interest in operations, logistics, or project planning.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
