To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Club Manager responsible for the French and Spanish football markets.

Your Role

As Club Manager, you will be the main point of contact between AIM Sport and our partner football clubs in France and Spain. You will ensure the successful implementation of digital perimeter advertising campaigns while maintaining strong relationships with club stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with partner football clubs in France and Spain

  • Act as the primary liaison between clubs, sponsors, and internal teams

  • Coordinate the implementation of digital perimeter advertising campaigns on matchdays

  • Ensure brand visibility and advertising compliance with contractual agreements

  • Oversee campaign execution and monitor performance across venues

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and creative studio

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand the club network

  • Travel regularly to stadiums and events to support matchday operations

Job requirements

  • Fluent in French and Spanish (English required)

  • Degree in sports management, marketing, business administration, or related field

  • Experience working with football clubs, sports marketing, sponsorship, or media rights is highly desirable

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Passion for football and the global sports industry

  • Willingness to travel internationally and work on matchdays
